2020 and 2021 Rates (all funds in U.S. dollars)

There are several house rental options to choose from:

 SUN CITY, MERRILL RANCH

The Heritage             $2300 U.S. per month

 (in golf subdivision - south exposure, Sun City Anthem, Merrill Ranch 1400 sq. ft)   

The Trenton               $3500 U.S. per month, Sun City Anthem,

 (on Poston Butte golf course - south/west exposure 2700 sq. ft.                                  

PARKSIDE, MERRILL RANCH 

The Hawthorne -    $2600 U.S. per month with heated pool 

The Sonoma - $2300 U.S. per month

OASIS AT MAGIC RANCH HOMES

Desert Rose                $1700 U.S. per month (on golf course, 1300 sq. ft)

 All deposits and rents require payment in U.S. dollars.

Ask about a weekly rate for a quick getaway! You will be surprised how affordable a short stay will be.

Call for summer rates. Summer is great time to rent to go house shopping, hit clothing sales, or head to the Arizona Diamondbacks' games indoors. The pools with the community facilities at Heritage and Trenton are awesome in the summer! The Hawthorne has its own pool. 

Sorry - no pets, smoking or candles. Absolutely no RV/trailer parking on any of the properties or on the street. Rates are based on double occupancy with some short-term visitors allowed. Quad occupancy may have a small rent increase - ask about options.

Other: $600 - $1050 U.S. weekly when available. All houses are tastefully decorated, and in excellent condition. Quality furniture and comfort throughout. There is a cost recovery basis charge for additional summer air conditioning charges.

Deposits required: 50% at time of booking. A standard lease agreement signed should accompany the deposit. Balance is due 45 days before arrival.

Cleaning Fee - $75 to $100 U.S.

Cancellation policy: Should there be a cancellation, the deposit and/or remaining balance will be refunded if another renter is found. If not, the deposit or full rental is non-refundable. We will make every effort to find a renter and return any rental charges. 

A standard short term-lease agreement needs to be completed by the guests.
